After Batman, my brother said that he thought Richard/Nestor/The Mayor was going to be the next villian or something because of all the eye makeup he wore. Thinking it was done on purpose as some sort of cliche like in Hancock. I lol’d and informed him that he is on Lost and looks like that all the time and it’s a running joke about how “maybe he’s born with it” with the Lost fans that are in the know.
Yeah, I was rather amused that even as the mayor of Gotham, Richard Alpert still wears eyeliner.
